Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptide compounds — all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used products under any circumstances. However, we stand behind the quality of every order and offer the following protections.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at support@erebusresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following: your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Upon review and verification, we will arrange a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Replacement is limited to one per order.
Every order placed with Erebus Research includes complimentary shipment protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will reship the order at no cost upon verification of the claim. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
The following are not eligible for replacement or refund: reconstituted or opened products; products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery; orders where the claim is submitted outside the specified timeframes; and products purchased in error (incorrect compound, quantity, etc.) — please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you believe a product does not meet the stated purity or specification, please contact us with your batch number (found on your Certificate of Analysis) and a description of your concern. We take quality disputes seriously and will investigate all verified claims promptly.

Erebus Research ships exclusively within the United States. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier and typically arrive within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Erebus Research.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders totalling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost during checkout.
All orders are packaged with appropriate protective materials to ensure product integrity during transit.
